Individuals in recovery need to focus on their health and social well-being. These factors play a key role in how they manage their daily lives, learn new things, and work effectively.
A SUDHH can help you reach your recovery goals by providing a customized treatment plan for substance use, along with care for your mental and physical health. Services may include:

You may be eligible for the SUDHH if:
- You are diagnosed with an opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder, or stimulant use disorder
- You have Medicaid, Healthy Michigan Plan, Freedom to Work, or Healthy Kids Expansion
