Requesting Substance Use Services

 If you would like to explore receiving substance use disorder treatment through Macomb County Community Mental Health should call the Access Center toll free at 1-855-996-2264. If you prefer, you may also use our local line, 586-948-0222.


You may be eligible for substance abuse treatment services provided by MCCMH if you are a resident of Macomb County and:

· You or a family member believe that you have a substance abuse problem, and

You have Medicaid, MIChild, or Healthy Michigan insurance.


The specific programs and services offered by the MCCMH network may have their own eligibility requirements, in addition to those above.  To explore your eligibility for substance use treatment services and to see what services might help you, call the Access Center toll free at 1-855-996-2264.
